Little Big Planet 3 - PlayStation 4

A worthy entry, but falls short from the first two.
LittleBigPlanet 3 is a fantastic game, and I enjoyed the time I spent with it, but the time I spent was very short. You could easily beat this game within 4 hours. The game itself consists of three chapters. Every chapter is played out as a giant hub world connecting you to other levels and story missions. Honestly, I really wanted to like this game, but I just couldn't after I completed it. It still stands strong, but not strong enough to stand against LittleBigPlanet 2 or even the first one.

As you may already know, there's four characters within the game: Oddsock, Toggle, Swoop, and of course, Sackboy. You unlock each character as the game progresses, but the character really aren't used very much. It's a missed opportunity. Each character only has about 2-3 levels to themselves, and 4-5 if you count the final level and boss.

A lot of people have said this game had a buggy release, but I purchased the game after the patches and I've yet to see any game...

Great for Co-op
I originally bought this game to have a game to play with my girlfriend. I'll go through some pros first then hit the cons

Pros:
- Every level is coop
- All the characters are super cute so my girlfriend loves it
- Each level is fairly short
- Dressing up the characters is actually fun
- The difficulty increases but not an insane rate

Cons:
- Many of the later levels require pretty exact button sequences, something my girlfriend is not great at considering she didn't grow up playing videogames
- Some levels have parts that automatically move your character really far by taking one action. While this is cool it also isn't great for coop if the other person isn't ready.
- Death limit on levels. (At least give an unlimited death option)

All in all we have a ton of fun playing this game and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a light hearted game.

so much fun, i don't care if i'm being childish- what's wrong with being a kid, anyway!? My only complaint is I wish you could turn the voices off and just keep the music. Also, the swoop levels are sort of buggy imo. But still worth the price of purchase for me.
